Product Coordinator - Ocean

with proven experience in an organizational role in the ocean cruising industry and destination kledge. Key Responsibilities
- Assist the product development and ongoing management of the relevant programs
- Research and assist in itinerary planning
- Creation of extension dates and hotel allocation space based on yearly schedule
- Auditing the Technical Itineraries once collated by the contracting team prior to the start of each new season
- Working collaboratively with themarketing team
- Constant monitoring of website and all marketing materials to ensure accuracy of Product content
- Supports brochure development including copy proof-reading and working in tandem with the Europe, UK, AU and North American offices
- Compile data from surveys including ratings and comments
- Support analysis of competition and new product development
About you
- High attention to details, excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Exceptional interpersonal communication skills to interact effectively with diverse individuals, interests, and cultures.
- Fluent in English, German is a plus.
- Demonstrated ability to handle confidential and sensitive matters with discretion and professionalism.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications.
- Preferred onboard experience (not essential).
- Willingness to travel (10-20%)
- Swiss work permit.
